Exterior wall hanging board is a kind of construction building material, which is mainly used in exterior wall construction. 3. Since the wall has an insulation layer, plastic expansion bolts and screws are used to fix the hanging board. The total length of the expansion bolt is: insulation layer thickness mm + cement mortar thickness + 35mm. The depth of the wall should not be less than 30mm. The diameter of the steel screw is 4mm. The head diameter is not less than 8mm. Fix an expansion bolt every 60-1750px and a steel screw every 30-1000px.
4. The steel nails of the exterior wall hanging board should be nailed in the center of the nail hole. Nailing on the board without nail holes is not allowed to prevent the board from protruding and deforming due to the expansion space. There should be a gap between the nail head and the hanging board. Leave a gap of about 1mm and do not nail it too tightly.
5. When two hanging boards are butt installed, the overlap amount is 25-50mm. The flange of one hanging board should be cut off to make the overlap smoother.
